I bought this hoping to try out some Pakistani recipes and thought it would be a cookware I would use once or twice a month. But this is my most used cookware now! I use this at least 2 times a week and everything comes out wonderful. Chicken dishes come out flavourful and so tender. It is so easy to clean and the lid is fantastic because it has a soft silicon lip so it fits well into the kadai without letting steam escape. I’m just sad I didn’t get the larger one - which I am waiting to be available again so I can snatch it up! Don’t pass on this cookware!
